Since the reopening<\/strong> of the Galleries, more than 10,000 people have participated in Punta Bego\u00f1a’s educational activities, aimed at all educational levels and non-formal education.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Since its reopening with the launch of the Restoration and Enhancement Project<\/a>, Punta Bego\u00f1a has been progressively configured in a practical way as a multilevel learning space<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Research and intervention have been developed in parallel with school visits, theoretical and practical workshops, university degree classes, summer courses, postgraduate training, professional training, requalification of active professionals, teacher training, conferences, highly specialized courses for civil servants, forums, intergenerational workshops, etc.<\/p>\n

Punta Bego\u00f1a is the central subject of undergraduate dissertations, master’s theses, doctoral theses, and scientific publications, all in different academic fields.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The educational program of Punta Bego\u00f1a<\/a> has been selected as a university model for knowledge transfer by the working group of the Institute of Science and Technology of Salamanca<\/strong><\/a>, composed of the Complutense University of Madrid<\/strong><\/a>, Polytechnic University of Valencia<\/strong><\/a>, with the support of the Spanish National Research Council<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

At this time, while the multilevel proposal continues to grow, the Foundation is finalizing a specific program for schools that will show students the importance of heritage in understanding many aspects of daily life. To this end, it has designed a program organized by Teaching Units adapted to the school curriculum. Each unit will delve into history, architecture, archaeology, natural sciences, landscape, or urban planning, always with the criterion of exploration and active participation. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The “Explorers”<\/em><\/strong> program seeks to adapt to the demands of teachers and students. Therefore, starting with the day sessions “Experience: A Day at Punta Bego\u00f1a”<\/em><\/strong>, it will expand according to academic interest. <\/p>\n

Practical tools (photographs, brochures, maps, videos…) will facilitate exploration, discovery, and experimentation, and will give students a leading role in their approach to heritage.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
