In accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of Abendua 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of Apirila 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), and with Law 34/2002, of Uztaila 11, on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSICE), any information concerning identified or identifiable natural persons that the User voluntarily provides to the Punta Begoña Foundation will be considered “Personal Data,” being subject to processing under the responsibility of the Punta Begoña Foundation.

In general, and unless otherwise stated in the corresponding form, FPB does not process Personal Data relating to minors. The information about minors requested by FPB is very restricted and does not allow for their identification, having as its sole objective the development of the proposed Services.
The data you provide us, as well as any other data generated during the development of the contractual, commercial, or other relationship we maintain with you, may be processed for different purposes, for example:
a) If you are an attendee or participant in any of our activities, events, or social or cultural projects, we use your data to maintain contact and communication, manage registration and participation in activities and events promoted or organized by FPB, and send you information about our activities and/or services.
You are also informed that photographs and/or videos may be taken at events and activities, which may be published on this website or that of the event promoter, on our profiles on any social networks, in our brochures and informative and promotional documents, as well as on YouTube to report on the event/activity, document it, and form part of its photographic/video record.
