Covering 400 square metres and rectangular in plan, this elevated terrace rises above its surroundings, offering a commanding view over the mouth of the Bilbao Estuary.
Created in 2018 as part of a waterproofing project to protect the State Room below, it has become another “room with a view” within the Punta Begoña complex. A rooftop space for relaxation, gathering, conversation and contemplation, where the urban landscape meets the sea.
